Exchange Policy 

At Youvee Collective, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

Please review our exchange policy:

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please note the following:

  • The item you wish to exchange must be unused and include all original packaging.
  • Customers must cover the cost of shipping for both the return of the original item and the delivery of the new item ($11 each way).
  • If the item you wish to exchange for is more expensive than the original item, you will need to cover the difference in prices. 

    Refunds:

    • We do not offer refunds due to change of mind. 

    Damaged items

    All of our pieces are examined carefully before packaging, so the chances of a faulty item is extremely low. However, if you believe your item has manufacturing defects or is faulty, please email us at info@youveecollective.com.au within 7 days of purchase, including photos that clearly show the issue. We will examine the product and assess whether it is deemed faulty, or if it is damaged due to customer mishandling. We will work to resolve the situation promptly. We will not cover the costs of an item that is damaged due to customer mishandling.
